1. General Provisions and Definitions

1.1 Agreement Scope

These Terms apply to all Users, whether registered or unregistered, accessing the Platform from any location.

• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register," "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account and use the Services. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 777pa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or permanently close any Account that fails to provide satisfactory verification. Accounts found to belong to persons under twenty-one (21) years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using online gaming services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your Jurisdiction.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are intended primarily for Users located in the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. 777pa reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from any Jurisdiction at our sole discretion. Certain jurisdictions prohibit online gaming; it is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

2.4 Account Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, physical address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure.

2.5 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. 777pa employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Upon discovery of multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated Bets, and forfeit all Balances.

2.6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify 777pa immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. 777pa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777pa accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfers from major Philippine banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Landbank), and such other payment methods as we may designate from time to time. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Deposit Procedures

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change without notice. 777pa reserves the right to refuse any deposit at our sole discretion. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a legitimate source. Deposits made from third-party accounts or from accounts not registered in your name may be rejected and returned.

3.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our internal procedures and may take between one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method selected. All Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. 777pa reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any Withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform.

3.4 Verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, 777pa requires Users to verify their identity before processing Withdrawals. Verification may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Withdrawal delays or Account suspension. 777pa is committed to preventing money laundering and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

3.5 Fees and Charges

777pa does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which 777pa is not responsible. Currency conversion fees may apply if transactions are processed in currencies other than PHP.

3.6 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee. 777pa will provide advance notice via email before imposing such fees. You may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and placing a Bet.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

All Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that all Bet details (including stake amount, game selection, and odds where applicable) are correct before confirmation. 777pa reserves the right to void any Bet if there is evidence of an error, technical malfunction, or manipulation.

4.2 Game Fairness and Random Number Generators (RNG)

All Games available on the Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced or predicted by 777pa or any User. Complete game rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information section.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place Bets.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim promotional offers.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your true location if accessing the Platform from a restricted Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity of any kind.

Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended or closed, all Bets voided, and all funds forfeited. 777pa may also report such conduct to relevant authorities.

4.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum Bet limits apply to all Games and may vary depending on the game type and your Account status. 777pa reserves the right to modify Bet limits at any time without prior notice. VIP or high-roller players may be eligible for increased limits upon request.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

777pa may offer various Bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms"), including wagering requirements, time restrictions, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Bonus Terms are provided at the time of the promotion and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before you may withdraw any winnings derived from the Bonus. Example: A Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that a PHP 100 Bonus must be wagered PHP 3,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim additional Bonuses, is strictly prohibited. 777pa employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, Bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided.

5.4 Opt-Out

Users may opt out of receiving Bonuses by contacting customer support. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Platform for regular gaming.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Controls

Users may implement the following account controls:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of six (6) months or longer.

To activate any of these controls, contact our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of 777pa or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Platform without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 777pa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9.3 Force Majeure

777pa shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or technical malfunctions.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be paid out to you in accordance with our Withdrawal procedures, provided that all verification requirements have been met and no Bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements are active.

10.2 Termination by 777pa

777pa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gaming, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes. Upon termination, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to verification and deduction of any amounts owed to 777pa.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777pa is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and 777pa, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by 777pa.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777pa regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 777pa may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
